A Weekend In The Woods
With Rebecca Galla-Jones and Kathy Koher
October 25 - 27, 2024
Join Rebecca and Kathy for a Weekend in the Woods. Come get lost in the mountains and rediscover yourself.
Rebecca and Kathy have been on their yoga journeys for over 2 decades and have learned how to find sustainable and consistent practices by leaning into the more joyful and playful side of themselves.
This is exactly what they will pass along to you.
So often, what we do daily can become a grind. When you tap into your curiosity and let go of your expectations, you find a new level of enjoyment in the simple things. This is how you show up for yourself daily!
What better place to find that side of you than being immersed in the mountains of North Georgia?
While it is easier to create that space far away from the busyness of daily life, you will walk away with tools to help you maintain your habits under any circumstances.
You are guaranteed lots of laughs and good-natured fun throughout the weekend!
A weekend in the woods will help you restart or kick-start your way to more joyful living.
