| Deposit A 40% deposit is due at registration. Each registration deposit includes a non-refundable $100 processing fee.
Full payment is due 2 weeks prior to the start of the retreat. If your payment is not made in full 2 weeks prior, Elohee will charge your card on file for the remaining amount owed.
Refunds are available (minus the $100 processing fee) up to 6 weeks prior to the start of the retreat. If you cancel between 6 weeks and 2 weeks prior to the retreat, Elohee will retain the entire 40% deposit.
Elohee does not provide refunds or transfers if you cancel after 2 weeks prior to your retreat date. This policy extends to all reasons for cancellation, including COVID-19. If you are concerned about the financial risk, we recommend you purchase cancellation/trip insurance.
In the event that any damage to the property, facilities, or facility contents occurs as a result of the participant’s willful actions, neglect, or recklessness, participant will be held liable for any and all costs associated with any actions of neglect or recklessness. In this instance, an itemized list of damages and repair costs will be assessed and your credit card charged.
*Please note - transferring your registration to another retreat date is still considered and treated as a cancellation. |

| In exchange for participation in a retreat at Elohee Center, Inc. (Elohee) and for use of the property and facilities of Elohee and/Landsong Properties, Inc. (Landsong), I agree to the following:
*I agree to observe and obey all posted rules and warnings, and to follow any instructions given by the course leader(s) and the Elohee agent(s)and representatives, including but not limited to the following:
*Bring your cell phone with you when you hike the property. Take with you the emergency phone number given to you by the Elohee representative and call if you have any problems.
*Stay on the paths. They can be uneven and natural, so walk carefully.
*Stay off the waterfall.
*Be extra careful around the fire pit and pond areas.
*No swimming in the pond.
I recognize that there are certain inherent risks associated with the above-described activity and I assume full responsibility for personal injury and further release and discharge Elohee and Landsong for injury, loss or damage arising out of my use of or presence upon the land and facilities of Elohee and/or Landsong, whether caused by the fault of myself, Elohee, Landsong or other third parties.
I agree to indemnify and defend Landsong against all claims, causes of action, damages, judgments, costs or expenses, including attorney fees and other litigation costs, which may in any way arise from my use of or presence upon the land and facilities of Elohee and/or Landsong.
Any legal or equitable claim that may arise from participation in the above shall be resolved under Georgia law.
I HAVE READ THIS DOCUMENT AND UNDERSTAND IT. I FURTHER UNDERSTAND THAT BY SIGNING THIS RELEASE, I VOLUNTARILY SURRENDER CERTAIN LEGAL RIGHTS.

| I voluntarily participate in The Yoga Hive's exercise/fitness program at The Forest Studio at Elohee.
I recognize that the program requires physical exertion that may be strenuous at times and may cause physical injury, and I am fully aware of the risks and hazards involved.
I understand that Elohee is a public facility in which contagious or infectious viruses may be present. I will not hold TYH liable for any illness I may contract while visiting or using the facility.
I certify that I do not have, nor have I had, in the past 14 days, any signs or symptoms of COVID-19, including but not limited to a cough, shortness of breath, fever, loss of smell or taste, and or flu-like symptoms. I have not had exposure to or contact with anyone known to be infected or contagious within the past 14 days.
I understand that it is my sole responsibility to consult with a physician before and regarding my participation in the above-mentioned program. I represent and warrant that I have no medical condition that would prevent my participation in the program. I am fully aware of and willingly assume the risk and hazards involved.
I agree to assume full responsibility for any risks, injuries, or damage, known or unknown, that I might incur as a result of participating in the program. Such injuries may include, but are not limited to, heart attacks, muscle strains, muscle pulls, muscle tears, broken bones, shin splints, heat prostration, injuries to knees, injuries to back, injuries to foot, or any other illness or soreness, including death.
I knowingly, voluntarily, and expressly waive any claim against The Yoga Hive for injury or damages that I may sustain due to participating in the program.
I, my heirs or representatives, forever release, waive, discharge, and covenant not to sue The Yoga Hive for any injury or death caused by their negligence or other acts. I have read the above waiver and release of liability and fully understand its contents.
I voluntarily agree to the terms and conditions stated above.
Likewise, by agreeing to this waiver, it is also considered the consent SIGNATURE OF ADULT PARENT OR LEGAL GUARDIAN if completing for a minor under the age of 18 years old.
