Kathy Koher
Kathy began practicing yoga in March of 2002. Kathy fell in love with Ashtanga after her first practice. Having been an athlete her whole life, she was initially drawn to the physical aspect of yoga. There was this indescribable lightness she felt after practice. Yoga is a lifelong process. Growth is a constant, whether physically, mentally, or spiritually, as long as we remain open to it. Kathy hopes to pass on the same joy and peace she has found in her practice.
