At this retreat you’ll rest & relax + build emotional resilience & calm strength to support your ambition without burning out. We’ll practice simple ways to stay in control under pressure, methods to shed stress & routines that protect your peace.
We designed the Unshakable Calm Retreat to help professional women 40+ step out of chronic stress, persistent fatigue & the heavy feelings from decades of fulfilling non-stop responsibilities and move into sustainable wellbeing & embodied leadership.
Through therapeutic yoga, reflective practices, strengths-based leadership development, emotional intelligence skills, and nourishing, sustainable self-care routines, this retreat offers you a reset – emotionally, physically, and mentally.
You’ll head home feeling grounded, unshakably calm & equipped with simple ways to return to your strong, steady, core calm when life gets chaotic.
ACTIVITIES
- Therapeutic yoga and breath work focused on regulation, not performance
- Free time to explore trails, get a massage, read, journal or just be
- Reflective workshops that reconnect you to your intuition and wisdom

- 8:00 PM–9:00 PM Gentle evening yoga and guided relaxation (yoga nidra).
FRIDAY & SATURDAY
- 7:00 AM–8:00 AM Gentle morning yoga & meditation
- 8:00 AM–9:00 AM Breakfast
- 9:00 AM–12:00 PM Workshops – guided conversations & reflections on female leadership (with breaks built in)
- 12:00 PM–1:00 PM Lunch
- 1:00 PM–2:30 PM Practice – simple tools & routines to shed stress, reduce anxiety & build release valves into your busy days
- 2:30 PM–5:00 PM Free time for a hike, massage, visiting & sharing tea, journaling…
- 5:00 PM–6:00 PM Workshop – continued theme from morning session
- 6:00 PM–7:00 PM Dinner
- 7:00 PM–8:00 PM Relax and unwind by the fire

We know first hand how it feels to come home from retreat feeling excited and renewed, with a clear plan and confidence to put new habits into action, and then have life pitch you a curve ball (or 5) that sets you off course immediately.
That’s why we’re including a month of follow up on support for you after you get home, with the option for ongoing support.
Because we want to help you stay on track and keep strengthening your Unshakable Calm for the long term.
For one month after your retreat you’ll receive:
- Two live virtual group coaching calls – we’ll discuss what’s working, what’s not, what you want to refine & how
- Weekly touch points messaged directly to you, including…
- simple, short practices to shed stress, release tension & armor up for your day
- practical strategies for navigating the mine field of female leadership
- After this first month, we invite you to continue as a member of our 6 month group support cohort.

Cathy brings over 23 years of personal practice + training in yoga therapy & Ayurveda to her work. She teaches the same tools that kept her from unraveling through parenting 3 kids, health scares, divorce, and anxiety. Her approach regulates your nervous system & builds unshakable calm.

Dedra Thompson, Leadership Coach and Talent Strategist
Dedra brings over 20 years of corporate leadership experience as a facilitator, coach, and talent strategist. She understands the unique, invisible pressures female leaders carry and the physical and mental toll of being “on” at all times. Her work focuses on helping leaders set healthier boundaries, lead more effectively, and remain steady in demanding environments.
