Lift the Burden of Empathy and Embrace Your Power
With Ann Pauley – Life Coach, Mind-Body Expert, and Retreat Facilitator
October 31 - November 2, 2025
A Transformational Retreat for Empaths
Are you overwhelmed by the emotions of others and the world around you? Do you long to embrace your sensitivity as a strength rather than a struggle? This retreat is designed for empaths who are ready to shift from exhaustion to empowerment.
Set in the breathtaking Elohee retreat center in the North Georgia mountains, you’ll be surrounded by four miles of hiking trails, a stunning 100-ft waterfall, and nourishing meals—all in a space infused with healing energy.
Guided by Ann Pauley, a highly experienced life coach and mind-body expert, you will explore the true power of empathy and learn to release the pain of holding on to things beyond your control. Through empowerment tools, interactive exercises, and expert coaching, you’ll discover how to set healthy boundaries and channel your sensitivity into a force for good.
What You’ll Experience:
✨ A deep understanding of how empathy can be your greatest strength
✨ Guided release of emotional burdens that are not yours to carry
✨ Boundary-setting techniques to protect your energy and well-being
✨ Empowerment tools to help you navigate life with confidence
✨ Healing time in nature, allowing for deep restoration
✨ A supportive community of fellow empaths who truly understand you
If you’ve been carrying the weight of the world, it’s time to release it. Join us for a weekend of transformation, where your sensitivity becomes your superpower.
