What to Expect: To help deepen your retreat experience, Elohee does not provide televisions or internet access (unless you bring your own hotspot). Cell phone service is excellent for AT&T, Verizon, and Sprint. Your car will be left in a secured parking lot, and you will be shuttled up to your room upon arrival and shuttled back down to your car at departure. Shuttle service to your car is available at any time. All facilities at the top of the mountain are within a 5 minute walk of each other, with some gravel roads. 2 cottage rooms are ADA compliant, and all cottage rooms are on ground level.

Price includes the course fee, room, meals, and grounds fee but does not include taxes. Full price is shown upon selection of room type prior to registering. A 40% deposit is due at the time of registration with full payment due 2 weeks prior to the retreat start date. Women’s Soul Full Weekends are thoughtfully curated with personalized guided meditations, chants and rituals. WSFW balances free time with deep soul work to help you gain the clarity needed to heal and  grow. This is your time to deepen your connection with your inner divine and align with your soul’s true purpose. 

Learn to hear the gentle call of your soul while surrounded by the magic of the beautiful North Georgia Mountains.

​​THURSDAY
3:00 – 4:00 PM -Check in to Elohee. Settle in and make yourself comfortable
4:00 – 5:00 PM-WSFW Alumni and Mystic Journeys Academy Members Reception. This is a private reception for anyone that has attended a previous WSFW event or is currently enrolled in Mystic Journeys Academy
5:00 – 6:00 PM-Welcome, Meet and greet other attendees. Begin your weekend with new friends
6:00 – 7:00 PM-Dinner / Free Time. Enjoy a fresh dinner, as well as free time to relax and unwind
7:00 – 8:00 PM-Open Circle. Weekend Intention Setting. This simple, but powerful group exercise helps to focus and plan your personal weekend goals
8:00 – 9:00 PM-Bedtime Story. One of our most beloved times together. Join us in Mandala Hall for tea and cookies while you relax and unwind listening to someone read a grown up bedtime story

FRIDAY
8:00 – 9:00 AM-Breakfast. Wake up to a healthy fresh breakfast and afterwards , if you like, take a leisurely walk in the woods on one of Elohee’s scenic trails or relax by the pond
9:00 – 9:30 AM-Gentle Stretch (optional activity) Join us in Mandala hall for this guided, gentle and slow moving stretch to softly awaken your mind and body
9:30 – 12:00 AM-Morning Session. This session begins to deepen your connection to your inner light and to your inner divine. There will be guided and still meditations as well as group and individual activities.
12:00 – 3:00 PM-Lunch / Free Time. Enjoy a fresh and lunch in Elohee’s dining hall or al fresco with beautiful views and fresh mountain air. Take time to journal, hike or walk or schedule a treatment at the spa.
3:00 – 5:00 PM-Afternoon Session Tea and Tarot. Bring your cards – if you have them and feel comfortable. If not, we have plenty to share! Enjoy a cup (or two) of delicious custom blended tea, while Kim does live readings and answers your questions about this wonderful form of divination.
6:00 – 7:00 PM-Dinner. Eat in Mandala’s dining hall or outside on the patio.
8:00 – 9:00 PM-Evening Session. Mother earth ceremony. Similar to a despacho ceremony, this ritual helps to heal physical and emotional ailments, restores balance and harmony, and gives deep gratitude for the abundance from the earth.

SATURDAY
8:00 – 9:00 AM-Breakfast. Rise and Shine! Breakfast is served. Feel free to enjoy, then take a gentle hike to the waterfall. It’s a refreshing way to start your day or simply take some deep breaths. Either way this is your time.
9:00 – 9:30 AM-Gentle Stretch (optional activity) Join us in Mandala hall for this guided, gentle and slow moving stretch to softly awaken your mind and body.
9:30 – 12:00 AM-Morning Session Soul Work. This activity helps you to be open and honest with yourself. It is a profoundly moving experience that allows you to peel back your layers to have a deeper connection to your inner divine.
12:00 – 3:00 PM-Lunch / Free Time. Lunch is ready and waiting! After, treat yourself to a relaxing time by the pond or pick up that book you haven’t had the time to read. This is your free time to do whatever you feel.
3:00 – 5:00 PM-Afternoon Session Connecting To Your Cords. Explore what is holding you back from your highest and most divine self. Plus, group meditation and chanting. Enjoy a healing cup of tea or homemade hot cocoa.
6:00 – 7:00 PM-Dinner. After all this ‘work’ we know you are hungry! Enjoy this thoughtfully prepared meal with your new ‘soul sisters’.
8:00 – 9:00 PM-Evening Session. Wind down and release. We will focus on cutting cords and attachments. This deeply powerful ritual will help you to let go of what no longer serves you so you can begin to heal the wounds that you may carry.

SUNDAY
6:39 AM-Sunrise…just in case you wanted to watch
8:00 – 9:00 AM-Breakfast. Grab a bite….or two, to begin the day and enjoy the morning stillness.
9:00 – 9:30 AM-Gentle Stretch (optional activity) If you have missed the other 2 morning stretches I recommend you give it a try. After all, it’s the last day and it does feel good. I promise!
9:30 – 12:00 AM-Morning Session. Morning meditation and breathwork. This group breathing exercise will both relax and invigorate you. It is the perfect way to close our time together.
12:00 PM-Lunch at Elohee or optional lunch intown*
1:00 PM Depart

*Lunch ‘intown’ is in Dahlonega and is not included in the price of retreat.
