Sacred Beyond Sunday: Finding God Beyond Buildings

A weekend for those who still believe—just not the same way anymore.

If you’ve walked away from the church but not from God, this retreat is for you.
Sacred Beyond Sunday is a three-day experience for men and women who are ready to explore faith outside the walls of religion. It’s a space for the curious, the wounded, and the wondering—those who long to reconnect with something sacred, but without the dogma, shame, or fear.

Over the weekend, we’ll slow down, breathe, and rediscover what’s true and alive within us. Through guided practices like yoga, breathwork, meditation, and time in nature, you’ll learn to regulate your nervous system and quiet the noise long enough to hear the still, small voice again.

Together, we’ll talk honestly about power, pain, and possibility—how to let go of the old stories about who God is and begin building a faith that feels personal, grounded, and real. You’ll leave with a deeper connection to yourself, to the Divine, and to a community that welcomes you as you are.

What to Expect:

  • Daily mindfulness practices (yoga, breathwork, meditation, time in nature)
  • Group sessions exploring honesty, curiosity, and spiritual reconstruction
  • Tools to regulate your nervous system and connect with the Divine
  • Space for reflection, journaling, and rest
  • A supportive community of people on a similar journey

Who It’s For:
Anyone longing to rediscover a living faith—free from dogma, hierarchy, and performance. Whether you left church years ago or just need to breathe outside its walls, this retreat offers a grounded path toward healing, authenticity, and connection.
