GVO Studios is thrilled to return to the foothills of the Blue Ridge Mountains for our second yoga retreat this fall. We invite you to join us at the Elohee Retreat Center for a carefully curated weekend designed to help you Relax, Renew, and Revive. From sunrise yoga and guided meditation to hiking and hands-on crafting, our instructors are ready to share their mindfulness and skills with you in this breathtaking natural sanctuary.

Cat White
Cat started doing yoga in 2014 to help with anxiety and depression while attending college.
