Learn how the ego acts as a crutch of self-preservation and begin to dismantle the barriers that prevent you from connecting with your divine self. Gain the ability to step away from external influences, such as opinions, drama, and judgments, that negatively impact your life.
π What to Expect
- Discussion Circles: Delve into our inner avoidance systems, explore the five ego defenses and traps, and embrace the βLet Themβ theory to gain control over your emotional peace.
- Daily Practices: Focus on the four pillars of yogaβbody, breath, mind, and diet. Engage in various asana styles suitable for all levels, including Basic, Gentle, Yin, Somatics, Yoga Nidra, and restorative practices.
- Activities: Enjoy daily meditation, forest bathing, bonfires, sound baths, and free time for inner reflection, reading, hiking, and resting.
