Mindful Masculinity: Unearthing the Man You Already Are
This weekend isn’t about fixing you.
It’s about remembering the man underneath the noise.
Mindful Masculinity is built on three core pillars:
Tools. Stillness. Authentic Masculinity.
🔧 Tools
You’ll learn simple, powerful practices that stay with you — movement, breathwork, meditation, cold water immersion, and self-exploration. These are not theories. They’re real tools that hold when life feels out of control.
🪨 Stillness
Not the soft kind. The kind that settles in your chest when everything finally slows down. No phones. No pressure. Just firelight, fresh air, clean food, and the space to hear yourself again.
🪵 Authentic Masculinity
This isn’t about ego or performance. It’s about honesty, grounded presence, and showing up without the mask. A weekend where men can be fully themselves — no BS, just real conversation and deeper clarity.
What You’ll Walk Away With
Tools you can use every day to stay grounded and clear
A sense of stillness that brings you back to yourself
A felt experience of your truest self — in the presence of other men
The affirmation that your masculinity is enough
A quiet sense of belonging to something bigger — the unspoken brotherhood all men carry
Sample Weekend Flow
Come ready to get up early, plunge cold, and go deep into yourself to find the man beneath the noise.
This weekend isn’t a vacation — it’s a return to what’s real.
Friday
Arrive and settle between 2:00 and 4:00 PM — breathe, unpack, and begin to land.
We open the retreat together in a circle of men, no masks, no performance — just real presence.
After dinner, we dive into the first session: learning how to stay when you want to run.
Saturday
The day begins with breath, movement, and a return to the body.
Morning sessions focus on getting honest about who you’ve had to be — and what you’re ready to release.
After lunch, you’ll have structured free time: hike, journal, or simply rest.
In the afternoon, we reconnect with power from the inside out — through yoga, extended breathwork, meditation, and a cold plunge.
The evening ends with firelight, stillness, and shared truth.
Sunday
We start again in practice, anchoring back into breath and body.
The final sessions focus on integration — building your path forward, and affirming what’s been uncovered.
We close the weekend with one last shared meal and circle before departure.
Checkout is at 2:00 PM.
