The Four Agreements offer a simple yet powerful path toward  greater awareness, freedom, and authenticity. Understanding the  agreements is one thing. Living them is something deeper. This  retreat is an invitation to step away from the pace of everyday life  and spend several days exploring what it means to bring these  teachings into the places where they matter most- our relationships, our inner dialogue, our choices, and the way we  move through the world.

Together, we will explore:

Be Impeccable With Your Word

Living with greater truth, awareness, and integrity in the way we  speak to others and to ourselves.

Don’t Take Anything Personally

Creating more freedom from the opinions, reactions, and  projections of others.

Don’t Make Assumptions

Recognizing the stories we create and opening ourselves to  greater clarity and understanding.

Always Do Your Best

Meeting ourselves with presence, compassion, and honest effort,  while allowing our best to change from moment to moment.

What to Expect

The rhythm of the retreat will be intentional and spacious.

  • Guided exploration of each of the Four Agreements  • Meditation and mindfulness practices
  • Experiential reflection and meaningful group conversation  • Time in nature
  • Spacious free time to hike Elohee’s beautiful trails, visit the tea house and gift shop, enjoy an optional massage or Reiki session, journal, reflect, or simply rest
  • Nourishing meals and beautiful accommodations  • Opportunities for connection, insight, and personal transformation
  • A Saturday evening fire ceremony for reflection, release and integration

No previous experience with The Four Agreements is necessary.  Whether you have worked with these teachings for years or are  encountering them for the first time, you are welcome.

Living the Four Agreements is an opportunity to step away, go  deeper, and explore what becomes possible when these  teachings move from something we understand to something  we truly live.
