What to Expect: To help deepen your retreat experience, Elohee does not provide televisions or internet access (unless you bring your own hotspot). Cell phone service is excellent for AT&T, Verizon, and Sprint. Your car will be left in a secured parking lot, and you will be shuttled up to your room upon arrival and shuttled back down to your car at departure. Shuttle service to your car is available at any time. All facilities at the top of the mountain are within a five-minute walk of each other, with some gravel roads. two cottage rooms are ADA compliant, and all cottage rooms are on ground level.

Price includes the course fee, room, meals, and grounds fee but does not include taxes. Full price is shown upon selection of room type prior to registering. A 40% deposit is due at the time of registration with full payment due 2 weeks prior to the retreat start date. Through practical tools and mindful practices that strengthen your mind, body, and soul, this retreat will help you cultivate a deep sense of self-respect and purpose, creating a foundation for lasting change.

During this journey, you will:

  • Ground Yourself: Practice techniques to calm and regulate your nervous system, building resilience and clarity in the face of life’s challenges.
  • Sharpen Your Awareness: Learn to observe your thoughts and reactions with intention, allowing space for mindful and deliberate choices.
  • Strengthen Your Whole Self: Engage in practices that align and empower your mind, body, and soul, fostering confidence and inner balance.

Through guided breathwork, meditation, mindful movement, and reflective exercises, you’ll explore the power of slowing down to tune in and take control of your story. This retreat is a space to leave behind distractions, reconnect with what truly matters, and step into a life of greater clarity, strength, and intention.

  • 7:00 PM – 9:00 PM: Session: The Foundational Practices of Nervous System Control – Begin your journey by learning practical tools to calm your system, creating space for mindful action and deeper self-awareness.

Saturday, July 26

  • 6:30 AM – 7:15 AM: Gentle Hatha Practice – Start your day with mindful movement and breath, awakening your body and spirit.
  • 8:00 AM – 9:00 AM: Breakfast
  • 9:00 AM – 9:45 AM: Session 1: Loving Your Body Through Food Choices and Movement – Explore how nourishing your body with intention and mindful movement fosters a deeper sense of connection and respect for yourself.
  • 10:00 AM – 10:45 AM: Session 2: Loving Your Mind Through Self-Reflection and Acceptance – Learn how to cultivate awareness and embrace your thoughts with compassion, transforming your inner dialogue into a source of strength.
  • 11:00 AM – 11:45 AM: Session 3: Loving Your Soul Through Accessing the Divine Within – Discover practices to connect with the sacred within yourself, opening pathways to inner peace and purpose.
  • 12:00 PM – 1:00 PM: Lunch
  • 1:00 PM – 3:00 PM: Free Time – Options: Massages, Reiki, hiking the Elohee Retreat Center trails, or connecting with your retreat community.
  • 3:30 PM – 4:15 PM: All-Levels Vinyasa Flow – Energize and align through a dynamic practice suitable for all levels.
  • 4:30 PM – 5:45 PM: Breathwork, Meditation, and Cold Plunge – Reset and rejuvenate your system while cultivating presence and resilience.
  • 6:00 PM – 7:00 PM: Dinner
  • 7:00 PM – 7:45 PM: Group Check-In – Reflect on and share the day’s insights in a supportive, open circle.
  • 8:00 PM – 9:30 PM: Yin Nidra – End the day with a deeply restorative practice, guiding you into relaxation and rest.

Sunday, July 27

  • 6:30 AM – 7:15 AM: Gentle Hatha Practice – Ease into the morning with grounding movements and breath awareness.
  • 8:00 AM – 9:00 AM: Breakfast
  • 9:00 AM – 10:30 AM: Session: Creating Your Plan for Life – Reflect on your retreat experience and create an actionable plan to carry the practices of self-love into your daily life.
  • 10:30 AM – 12:00 PM: Self-Reflection & Planning – A quiet space for journaling and integrating your insights.
  • 12:00 PM – 1:00 PM: Lunch
  • 1:00 PM – 2:00 PM: Closing Circle – Share final reflections, set intentions, and bid farewell to your retreat community.
