Creating Space: Finding Peace in Uncertain Times
With Amber Voss E-RYT 200 & RYT500 and Cindy E. Farrar, LMT, BCTMB, CLC
May 16 - 18, 2025
How are you doing, really? What is your level of peace in these times?
Sensitive to the current uncertainties of our world, Amber and Cindy intentionally offer you an opportunity to develop tools for inner peace in the midst of uncertainty.
Life by its very nature is filled with uncertainty. In addition, there are times when the world around us amplifies this truth. Whether it be personal life events, career or professional changes or societal upheaval, we (our body, mind and spirit) process the stress the same. The level to which we are able to maintain even the slightest amount of peace will serve our health and wellbeing greatly.
This immersive weekend will provide resources for you to find inner peace despite what is happening around you. Set within nature’s cocoon, the magic that is Elohee is the perfect space for mindfulness, healing, lightness of being and finding peace.
The retreat environment will be one of respect, sensitivity, and non-judgment.
The weekend is open to all.
Our Yoga and Qi Gong practices are accessible for any level. No experience is necessary.
What to bring: Yourself in comfortable clothing. Yoga mats and props will be available. Please feel free to bring your own if desired. Also, remember your flashlight!
