Creating Space: Honoring the Self
With Amber Voss E-RYT 200 & RYT500 and Cindy E. Farrar, LMT, BCTMB, CLC
May 16 - 18, 2025
4 CEs AVAILABLE FOR MASSAGE THERAPISTS
At your request, Amber and Cindy enthusiastically bring to you the next phase in their Creating Space Retreat series, Honoring the Self*.
The path to self-love begins with honoring the self. This weekend, we will discuss what this means, looks, and feels like as we explore practices to develop this as a state of being. An emphasis will be placed upon our relationship with ourselves as the basis for all our other relationships. By transforming our relationship with self, we can enhance personal and professional relationships. The weekend environment will be one of respect, sensitivity, and non-judgment.
As we seek to create space, too often we find ourselves moving so fast that we forget to take time to also honor the Self. We ignore our inner wisdom and move habitually through our days feeling overworked, undernourished, and depleted on many levels.
Nestled within nature’s cocoon, the magic that is Elohee is the perfect space for mindfulness, healing, and lightness of being. This immersive weekend will provide resources for you to honor yourself and facilitate the beginning of your journey to self-love.
The weekend is open to all.
Our Yoga and Qi Gong practices are accessible for any level. No experience is necessary.
What to bring: Yourself in comfortable clothing. Yoga mats and props will be available. Please feel free to bring your own if desired. Also, remember your flashlight!
