About Cascade…

For some time now, I have been immersed in the question:

How do we heal the generational and cultural burdens we carry?

It became clear that before I could actually do something about these burdens, I needed to let this reality fully sink in:

Our world is steeped in historical amnesia… and a very small portion of humanity is waking up.

Right now, at this point on the human timeline, a narrow yet bright BEAM of LIGHT is shining straight through the fog, making it easier to step into this river of consciousness, learn more about the wounded foundation we’re standing on and discern a way forward.

Think about your own growth journey for a minute…

Consider the intractable patterns that keep showing up, the feelings and behaviors so hard to shake it seems that you and the pattern are ONE.

These patterns? Likely ancestral trauma, patriarchal wounding. And this plays out every single day. Within ourselves, our families and across society.

Whether or not you have worked with this kind of burden in the past, at Cascade you can expand into this multi-dimensional community process utilizing not only IFS but several other amazing modalities integrated into an authentic, evoking, heart-opening experience.

Yes, our theme is a big one. And highly relevant to the chaotic state of affairs we are facing right now.

Big times call for BOLD vision.

Cascade is open to 24 women who have completed a Deeper Stream program.
