Be Camp
With Kyra Cavanaugh and Paul Gilbride
September 27 - 29, 2024
At Be Camp, we invite you to take a deep breath, look inward, and find what feels right—what feels like you. This is your opportunity to disconnect from the world, technology, family and work to reconnect with yourself.
Here you’ll spend time in self-reflection, learning, and trying new things. You’ll kick off simple shifts in brain, body, and behavior as you practice moving meditation, listen and share your experiences with others, and spend time in nature.
Whether you’re feeling disconnected, overwhelmed by work, or at a crossroads in your life, Be Camp will help you get clear about what you really want. You’ll leave with your very own roadmap for joy, having let go of what no longer serves you and energized by your potential to live the life you truly desire.
There are only 20 spots available, so register early!
Nourish Your Spark
This weekend retreat is for anyone who is ready to feel more joy, connection, and love for themselves and the world.
You already have a sense of what’s most important to you. Now you want to get better at living out those intentions. Be Camp will give you time and space to explore your values and shape your path forward. You’ll get support and insight you can apply to everyday living and create a life that shines—for you, your family, and everyone you care about.
Be Camp Experience
Before Be Camp: You’ll get a packing list, camp guidelines, and a fun activity to do on the way to camp.
At Be Camp: You’ll spend time in self-reflection; gain new perspective; learn how to make little (or big) changes to improve your wellbeing; create fun keepsakes; increase your energy; make meaningful connections; envision your future; and laugh.
You’ll Leave Be Camp: Changed. With a new mindset and vision for what’s possible for you in your life.
After Be Camp: You’ll get 90 days of support through weekly email challenges that supplement the Be Camp experience. If you need accountability to make the changes stick, we’ve got you covered with quarterly virtual get-togethers.
We look forward to taking this journey with you!
