Liana N. Wall

Liana is a 500+ hour E-RYT and YACEP teacher, Retreat Vision Coordinator, and Webpage Manager for Elohee with over 14 years of personal practice and a decade of teaching experience. Her path into yoga and meditation began in 2011 while navigating the challenges of rheumatoid arthritis, leading her to discover yoga as a path toward healing, resilience, and inner steadiness. Rooted in traditional yoga, disciplined self-study, and direct lived experience, her teaching draws from a variety of modalities, including the 26/2 lineage, vinyāsa, restorative yoga, yoga nidrā, Ayurveda, Reiki, meditation, and fascial intelligence. Since establishing a consistent meditation practice in 2016, she has regularly attended silent and meditation retreats to deepen her own practice and remain grounded as a facilitator.

Liana is passionate about creating welcoming spaces where students can slow down, listen inward, and reconnect with the wisdom already within them. Through mindful movement, breath, nervous system regulation, and compassionate inquiry, she invites others to cultivate greater ease, self-awareness, and inner peace.
