Come curious. Move, breathe, explore, and discover what feels good.

Our Yoga Invitation was a favorite among guests last year, and a popular Mother’s Day gift! This special Rest & Relaxation Weekend invites you to explore a variety of yoga styles and practices, from grounding and restorative to more energizing movement, meditation, breathwork, and mindful practices.

You don’t have to choose a style before you arrive, and you don’t need to be an experienced yogi. Come to everything, choose a few favorites, or simply follow your curiosity and see what your body and mind are asking for.

Between practices, there is plenty of time to wander Elohee’s trails, rest by the Natural Reflecting Pond, enjoy nourishing meals, or simply settle into the quiet of the mountains.

You also have the opportunity to add Massage Therapy or Reiki to your weekend for another layer of rest and care.

There is nothing to master here. Just an invitation to explore.

Schedule (subject to change)

All yoga classes are all-levels and thoughtfully designed for exploration and learning, making them welcoming whether you’re new to yoga or returning to your mat.

Hatha Yoga Flow

Also known as “effort yoga” you can expect a steady, grounding practice that brings together physical postures, breath, and mindful awareness. You’ll move at a thoughtful pace with time to explore each pose and connect with your breath. Expect to build warmth, wake up the body, and leave feeling energized and present.

Yoga Nidra

A guided practice of deep rest and awareness, often described as yogic sleep. You’ll lie comfortably while being guided through a gentle journey inward, allowing the body to rest while the mind remains quietly aware.

Kundalini Yoga

A dynamic practice combining movement, breathwork, meditation, mantra, and focused awareness. Practices may include rhythmic movements and repetitive sequences designed to build energy, awaken awareness, and create a deeper connection between body, breath, and mind.

Ritual Yoga

A flowing practice that connects breath with movement, moving from one posture to the next with intention. Classes can range from gentle to more dynamic, offering an opportunity to explore movement while staying connected to your breath.

Meditation

A guided opportunity to pause, settle, and turn your attention inward. Whether you’re new to meditation or have an established practice, you’ll be invited to simply notice your breath, body, and present-moment experience.

Yin Yoga

A quiet, contemplative practice where poses are held for several minutes, inviting the body to gradually soften and release. Rather than focusing on muscular effort, Yin encourages stillness, patience, and deeper awareness.
