Amanda Pawlowski

Amanda has been practicing yoga since 2011 and teaching since 2019 holding a 200 hour RYT. A trauma informed teacher, her style focuses on building strength inside and out by prompting students to simply notice their experiences and the sensations those experiences provide. She enjoys using specific isometric cues to provide an embodied experience for all levels of experience. Amanda’s classes provide students with an opportunity to embrace the present moment through the breath and movement, and to celebrate whatever the moment brings.
