This Retreat is not just a pause from life—but a return to what is essential.

To experience true fulfillment—physically, psychologically, and emotionally—we must look beyond the surface and connect with the deepest part of our being: the level of spirit.

Beneath all of life’s experiences, there is a deeper longing—a quiet but persistent yearning to knowWho am I? Why am I? What am I here to do? What is this life all about? Until these questions are answered, a subtle restlessness lingers, an undercurrent that calls us toward something more.

This longing is not a problem to be solved but an invitation—one that leads us beyond the distractions and struggles of daily life and into direct experience of truth.

In this retreat, we will uncover this deep longing that is inherent in every human being. Together, we will journey to the depths of our being—not primarily through intellect, but through direct experience. We will explore how to fuel this longing until it burns so brightly that it dissolves all that stands in the way, bringing us into a state of profound ease, clarity, and awakening.

Activities:

Kriya Yoga: the multilayered techniques of Himalayan Kriya Yoga – involving movement, focused breathwork, mantras and mudras (sound and gestures) – are rarely found in Western yoga styles. These techniques go beyond physical movement to awaken higher consciousness, elevate energy, and inspire profound personal transformation. Our promise is to present them in a contemporary and approachable manner.

Guided Meditation: Meditation is an integral part of yoga. It supports and enhances all other yogic practices. Without it, other yogic practices cannot reach their optimal desired effects. Regardless of whether you are new to meditation or you are a seasoned practitioner, the techinque shared as taught in the Himalayan tradition is comprehensive and effective.

Vedic Fire Ceremony “Yagya”: Yagyas (also called Havana, Homa or Agni Hotra) are Vedic fire ceremonies that have been used for thousands of years in the yogic tradition to gain intensity around an intention. Yagyas also support us to activate our inner fire, to burn up unresolved conflict and worries and to purify our energy and emotions. Working with a specific mantra in combination with the fire creates a certain elemental reverberation in you as well as in the environment.

Wisdom Talk: Engage in a profound Satsang where ancient yogic wisdom meets modern life. These sessions are not just about learning but about awakening. Through inquiry and reflection, we dissolve existential restlessness, awakening to a clarity that is not learned but lived. This is not just knowledge—it is a shift in perception, an inner transformation that feeds the longing to truly know.

Further Activities: Forrest bathing, enjoying yummi soul nurishing food, relaxing at the Creek, personal time for reading, napping or connecting with fellow retreaters….

Who is this suitable for?

Whether you’re longing for a profound spiritual experience, or simply in need of real rest and reconnection, you’ll find space here to meet yourself more fully.

All practices are designed to be accessible and adaptable—regardless of yoga experience, mobility, or energy level. You’re encouraged to listen to your body and engage with what feels right for you. This is not about performance, but about presence.
