The World as Yourself

The Earth is alive. It is the physical expression of a vast consciousness – a magnificent spirit. She is disturbed by what we are doing to her body, and needs our participation to co-create a saner and more just world. We do this by embracing our totality – that we are, in truth, all that we see, all that we feel, and so much more – the mystery of existence. By remembering that in truth we are all of Life we attune intimately with the environment.

We can access the world around us through the intelligence that pervades our bodies as we learn to open to nature’s frequencies. In this way, we come home to our intrinsic wholeness.

During this retreat, we will practice together, both indoors and out, how to open to being the Totality. This includes both what we love and what we resist within ourselves and in the ‘outer’ world. The more we live in inner harmony with ourselves, the more we can see how integrated, whole, and interconnected everything is. This helps create inner ease and understanding, and helps us discover what deep listening can bring as we emerge into service of the whole. The world is waiting for each of us to accept her invitation.
