What to Expect: To help deepen your retreat experience, Elohee does not provide televisions or internet access (unless you bring your own hotspot). Cell phone service is excellent for AT&T, Verizon, and Sprint. Your car will be left in a secured parking lot, and you will be shuttled up to your room upon arrival and shuttled back down to your car at departure. Shuttle service to your car is available at any time. All facilities at the top of the mountain are within a 5 minute walk of each other, with some gravel roads. 2 cottage rooms are ADA compliant, and all cottage rooms are on ground level.

Price includes the course fee, room, meals, and grounds fee but does not include taxes. Full price is shown upon selection of room type prior to registering. A 40% deposit is due at the time of registration with full payment due 2 weeks prior to the retreat start date. Elohee's Registration and Cancellation Policy

Many of us are profoundly exhausted and overwhelmed despite attempting to get the recommended 7 to 8 hours of rest per night.

Have we confused rest with sleep? Quite possibly, and perhaps we need more than sleep alone. After all, we are comprised of body, soul, and spirit, and while sleep meets some of our needs, it is not a complete prescription for restoring our whole selves.

No wonder we feel so bad.

Solution? Sacred rest and self-care. A holistic approach to rest and self-care. The Rest Retreat.

Join us Nov. 14-17, 2024, at the beautiful Elohee Retreat in the North Georgia Mountains for an all-inclusive rest experience. The Rest Retreat has been crafted to borrow practical principles from sound teachings such as the Seven Areas of Rest, the benefits of sabbath rhythms, grace, and emphasis on self-worth. This combined wisdom offers a more holistic approach to rest, resulting in a 4-day, 3-night introduction to an experience with rest that offers relief from exhaustion and ignites a new way forward.
