The FLOW Retreat will include:

Friday
– 3:00 pm – Arrival, Registration & Check-in
– 4:00 – 5:00 pm – Welcome/Meet & Greet
– 6:00 – 7:00 pm – Dinner
– 7:15 – 9:00 pm – FLOW Circle (Group discussion/reflections/evaluation)
Saturday
– 8:00 am – Mindful Yoga & Mindfulness Meditation
– 9:00 am – Breakfast
– 10:00 am – 11:30 am – Yoga, Breath-work & Sound healing
– 12:00 pm – 1:00 pm – Lunch
– 1:00 pm – 4:30 – Massage/Rest & Relaxation
– 4:30 pm – 6:00 pm – Healing Session & wellness
– 6:00 pm – 7:00 pm Dinner
– 7:15 pm – 9:00 pm – Meditation, Reflection, & Journaling
Sunday
– 7:30 am – 9:00 am – Yoga & Sound Healing
– 9:00 am – 10:00 – Breakfast
– 10:00 – 11:30 – Hike & Nature walk
