If some quiet part of you is whispering, I need space to breathe… to feel… to just be— this retreat is for you.
Rest in the Between is a weekend to land gently — to reconnect with what’s steady, real, and already whole within you. Together, in the stillness of the North Georgia mountains, we’ll move, rest, breathe, and remember what it feels like to be supported — body, heart, and soul.
There’s nothing to fix here. No need to be more, do more or even figure it out. Just space to soften, reflect, and reconnect with the light that’s been with you all along.
This is a retreat where you’re not asked to be anything but yourself. And from that place — something beautiful begins to unfold.

Friday: Arriving & Rooting into Wholeness

4:00–5:00 PM Opening the Space for All That We Are
Arrive at your own pace, wander among the trees and set your intention in nature.
5:00–6:00 PM Opening Circle: Entering the Sacred Middle
Gather in community to reflect, arrive fully, and begin our shared journey.
6:00–7:00 PM Dinner in Mindful Presence
A nourishing meal shared in gratitude and gentle presence.
7:00–8:30 PM Evening Yoga & Meditation: Root & Release
A grounding movement and breath practice to settle into stillness.
8:30 PM Sound Bath: Rooted in Presence & Radiant Becoming
An immersive journey of sound, rest, and deep soulful renewal.
Saturday: Living the Between with Courage and Joy
Mantra: “I am present. I am joy. I am enough.”
8:00–9:00 AM Nourishing Breakfast
Begin the day with quiet nourishment and gratitude.
9:00–10:30 AM Morning Yoga: Strength in Softness
Build strength with breath and presence in a heart-opening practice.
10:30–11:30 AM Meditation: The Fertile Space Between
Explore presence in the quiet space between effort and ease.
11:30 AM–12:00 PM Sound & Vocal Play: Releasing into Joy
Joyful expression through sound, voice, and lighthearted connection.
12:00–1:00 PM Community Lunch: Breaking Bread, Sharing Light
Share a meal in connection, ease, and appreciation.
1:00–3:00 PM Free Time for Deep Listening and Renewal
Rest, reflect, wander, or simply be — guided by your own rhythm.
3:00–4:00 PM Ritual of Gratitude, Joy, and Sacred Reciprocity
Offer from the heart and reflect on joy as a sacred act of resilience.
4:00–6:00 PM Joy as Liberation: Yoga & Meditation
Reclaim joy as presence through gentle movement and inner stillness.
6:00–7:00 PM Dinner in Gratitude
Nourishment shared in thanks — for the land, the labor, the moment.
7:00–8:30 PM Yin Yoga: Rest in the Between
A deeply restorative practice to soften, surrender, and replenish.
8:45–10:00 PM Fire Ceremony & Reflection
Honor what is ready to release and embrace what’s ready to shine.
Sunday: Rooted and Radiant – The Return
Mantra: “I carry light. I walk with heart. I return in truth.”
8:00–9:00 AM Breakfast in Community
A gentle, grounding meal shared before our return.
9:00–10:00 AM Morning Yoga: Embodying Strength, Softness, and Lightness
Integrate the weekend’s wisdom through breath and movement.
10:00–11:00 AM Closing Meditation: Carrying Light Forward
Reflect, root, and carry your inner light into daily life.
11:00 AM–12:00 PM Final Circle: Rooted Presence, Radiant Becoming
Share, connect, and seal our journey with sound and stillness.
12:00–1:00 PM | Closing Lunch, Group Photo & Return Home
One last meal, one shared moment — and a return nourished and whole.
*No prior experience with yoga or meditation is needed. All practices are guided with compassion and care. We recommend participation in all events for a beautiful full retreat experience, however, we invite you to choose what is best for you every moment.
