A weekend to come home to yourself.

A space where everything within you belongs.

Maybe you’ve been holding a lot lately. Staying strong through change. Trying to stay hopeful in a world that feels tender and uncertain.

If some quiet part of you is whispering, I need space to breathe… to feel… to just be— this retreat is for you.

Rest in the Between is a weekend to land gently — to reconnect with what’s steady, real, and already whole within you. Together, in the stillness of the North Georgia mountains, we’ll move, rest, breathe, and remember what it feels like to be supported — body, heart, and soul.

There’s nothing to fix here. No need to be more, do more or even figure it out. Just space to soften, reflect, and reconnect with the light that’s been with you all along.

This is a retreat where you’re not asked to be anything but yourself. And from that place — something beautiful begins to unfold.

Rooted Presence – Radiant Becoming

This Retreat Is for You If…

– You crave space to reconnect with yourself and what truly matters

– You want to rest to replenish and rise with gentle strength

– You long for a sacred space where all of you is welcome

– You’re ready to return to life rooted, radiant, and real
