Step away from the noise and into the stillness of autumn in the North Georgia mountains. Just 10 minutes outside of Helen, GA, this intimate retreat is designed as a sanctuary for deep rest, restoration, and soulful reconnection.
Surrounded by waterfalls, crisp mountain air, and vibrant fall color, we gather in a small, intentionally curated group to slow down and soften.
This retreat includes:
- Cozy accommodations
- Nourishing, thoughtfully prepared meals
- Daily yoga practices (restorative, gentle flow, meditation)
- Teachings rooted in the philosophy of the Yamas and Niyamas
Our focus is rest & restore — regulating the nervous system, replenishing the body, and remembering yoga as a meditative path. Through asana, breathwork, reflection, and discussion, we’ll explore how the Yamas (ethical relationships with the world) and Niyamas (inner observances) guide us back to integrity, clarity, and inner bliss.
Because this is a small retreat, there is space for personal attention, meaningful connection, and true spaciousness in your experience.
