Reflection - Awakening Mind, Body and Spirit Retreat
With Sonya Phillips and Stacy Mathews
August 2 - 5, 2024
A Holistic Approach to Inner Healing and Restoration
Come take the journey of uniting the mind, body, and spirit through the practice of yoga, mindful movement, meditation, sound healing and Ayurvedic practices. This weekend will address all five energy bodies (physical, etheric, emotional, mental and spiritual) holistically with loving attention and care. Reflection Retreat – Awakening Body, Mind and Spirit, is your time to rediscover who you are at your deepest level and begin the healing and restoration process.
Life is a journey with many obstacles, and we all need to refresh and renew periodically to deal with the external and internal noise. This retreat is all about healing and inner reflection to cope with the noise of everyday life. We will provide the tools to establish daily healing practices (Sadhana) to keep us in balance and connected with our true nature. If you have a practice or are looking to establish one, this retreat is for you. Being in the North Georgia mountains, sets the perfect stage for this journey of inner reflection and awakening.
