Join us for a peaceful reprieve that will be the perfect opportunity to  both quiet the mind and enliven the spirit! Led by a licensed therapist  with over 20 years of experience in teaching mindfulness. This retreat  will include sessions featuring meditation and breathwork instruction as  well as enlightening (and sometimes lively!) discussions on how to  apply mindfulness and related skills in real life. Your sense of  confidence and mastery will grow over the course of the weekend as  each session builds upon the next. In addition, there will be a session  where Amanda will guide you in developing a plan for success,  increasing the chances that you will continue to practice  meditation regularly after the retreat.

Optional gentle yoga sessions will be held each morning to aid in deepening your  experience.  Added bonus: morning sessions will be held at the yoga  pavilion so as to take advantage of the stunning natural surroundings at  Elohee!

The benefits of meditation are endless. At the retreat, you will begin to experience  improved mood, sleep, and ability to focus.  Harvard Medical School  writes, “One of the easiest and most achievable stress-relieving techniques is  meditation, a program in which you focus your attention inward to induce a state of  deep relaxation.”  To view the entire article, click here:  https://
