Join Sweet Tea Yoga for a weekend of meaningful connection, physical restoration, and deepening of your yoga practice in the beautiful mountains of North Georgia at the Elohee Retreat Center. Our retreat begins with a foundational flow yoga class and gently opens into intention-setting, followed with a welcome dinner and an opportunity for connection and reflection around our community bonfire. The day ends with a bedtime yoga nidra, offering your body and mind deep rest to prepare to drift off to sleep.

Saturday gives you an opportunity to wake up slowly with the backdrop of the beautiful mountains, offering you space and time to process your experience, eat breakfast, then meet for a morning vinyasa yoga practice.  Following lunch, we will meet for an in-depth workshop to ground you back into the roots of your yoga practice and discover new growth and spaces to deepen. Through the afternoon, you have options to join a guided hike, receive a spa service, and/or spend time in creativity or rest. After dinner, the day will end with a mindful tea ceremony and restorative yoga practice offering a complete release of physical tension and setting you up for a wonderful night’s sleep.

Sunday will begin with an early morning vinyasa yoga practice followed with breakfast, and a vin-to-yin class to close out the weekend. This retreat is the perfect combination of community building and unscheduled time to reflect and reset.
