A Weekend Retreat to Connect with Your Inner Spirit and Live with Greater Trust, Purpose & Alignment

There is a quiet wisdom within you that has always known the way.

But in the noise and busyness of everyday life, it can become difficult to hear. We look outside ourselves for answers. We question what we know. We become disconnected from the deeper part of ourselves that is always guiding us home.

Living a Spirit-Led Life is an invitation to step away from the noise and return to that inner knowing.

Over four restorative days immersed in the beauty of nature, you’ll be given the space to slow down, listen deeply, and reconnect with your inner spirit through meditation, gentle movement, energy healing, reflection, meaningful community, time in nature, and sacred silence.

Together, we’ll explore how to quiet the mind, recognize the ways your spirit communicates with you, strengthen your intuition, release some of the fear and doubt that can cloud your inner knowing, and develop a deeper trust in your own guidance.

This retreat isn’t about becoming someone new.

It’s about remembering who you are beneath the noise—and learning to let that wisdom lead the way.

You’ll leave with practical spiritual tools, a deeper connection to yourself, and a personalized plan for bringing what you’ve experienced into your everyday life.

Our Journey Together

Thursday — ARRIVE

Leave the outside world behind.

Our first evening is about arriving—not only at the retreat, but within yourself.

We’ll slow down, ground into the present moment, connect as a community, and create intentions for the days ahead.

Themes: Grounding • Presence • Intention • Connection

Friday — CONNECT

Learn to hear the wisdom within.

Friday is devoted to reconnecting with your inner spirit and exploring the many ways guidance can reach us.

Through meditation, energy healing, time in nature, reflection, and intuitive practices, we’ll begin quieting the external noise so that the voice within becomes easier to recognize.

Themes: Intuition • Inner Listening • Energy • Nature • Connection

Saturday — TRUST

Deepen your relationship with your inner guidance.

Knowing what you feel is one thing. Trusting it enough to follow it is another.

Saturday invites us deeper. We’ll explore what gets in the way of trusting ourselves, practice listening without immediately questioning what we receive, and create space to release fear, doubt, and the need to have every answer before taking the next step.

Periods of silence, reflection, meditation, and spiritual practice will allow you to experience what it feels like to simply listen.

Themes: Trust • Surrender • Practice • Silence • Reflection

Sunday — LIVE

Carry the connection home.

A spirit-led life isn’t something that exists only on retreat.

Our final morning is about integration: How do you continue listening when everyday life begins again? How do you create space for Spirit when schedules, responsibilities, relationships, and uncertainty return?

You’ll identify the spiritual practices that most deeply support you and create your own Spirit-Led Life Plan—a personal guide for continuing to live with greater trust, intention, and alignment.

We’ll close our time together with reflection, connection, and a closing ceremony honoring the journey we’ve shared.

Themes: Integration • Spiritual Practice • Purpose • Alignment • Living Spirit-Led

Come as you are. Leave more deeply connected to the wisdom that has been within you all along.
