Ketamine Wellness Retreat
With Michelle Swagler, PhD and Gota Cebrero, E-RYT 500
March 27 - 30, 2025
This retreat is created for individuals looking to expand self-awareness and deepen their connection—to the inner healer, nature, and community. We are so grateful to host this experience at the Thanksgiving House, fully immersed in beauty and nature. We create a small, intimate community of 7 participants and 3 facilitators. The retreat nurtures mind, body, and spirit, by including all meals and lodging, 2 Ketamine sessions, a spa service (massage or reiki), yoga, meditation, ceremony, hiking, individual support as needed, as well as preparation for the Ketamine journeys and integration of the experiences.
A highlight of this retreat is Gota’s calming presence and expertise as he guides participants on the beautiful path of yoga. By steeping in the nurturing and calming asanas woven through mindfulness, attendees will be invited into an embodied practice to support a state of physical and spiritual expansiveness. We will engage in poses held on the earth that help connect with mind, body, and breath. In this way, the flow of Prana can be restored to create balance and harmony. Gota’s yoga sessions are a beautiful part of preparing the mind, body, and spirit to receive the medicine.
The retreat begins on Thursday at 2:00 pm and concludes on Sunday at 11:00 am.
Costs:
Triple room: $1,600
Double room: $1,900
Single room: $2,400
The only additional cost is the intake session with our prescriber and the medicine, ~$350.
Registration deadline to have the spa service included in the pricing is February 2, 2025.
Final registration deadline is February 23, 2025 to allow time to schedule with our MD and for the prescription to arrive in time for the retreat.
