Grief Honors Love: A Retreat for Healing Together
With Alison Gurevich, Angel Schieber and Jenna Pratt
October 10 - 12, 2025
This retreat offers a compassionate space for individuals experiencing a wide spectrum of losses — from the tangible, such as the death of a loved one, a relationship ending, or a career transition, to the less visible, such as feeling helpless in a world that seems to be filled with collective suffering, shifts in identity, changes in health, or the quiet accumulation of everyday overwhelm.
Through guided reflection, group sharing, movement, and restorative practices, participants will explore healthy ways to acknowledge, process, and integrate their experiences. Our time together will weave in mindfulness, creative expression, and gentle movement to help restore emotional balance and resilience.
By the end of the retreat, participants will leave with greater clarity, emotional tools for navigating change, and the reassurance of shared humanity — knowing that loss, in all its forms, is both deeply personal and universally understood.
