2026 Deep Into the Heart of Yoga
With Elizabeth Yates and Nina Guzzetta
October 30 - November 1, 2026
“Retreat is an invitation to step out of daily life and reconnect with your heart.”
Join your TYCO community this Fall for our 2026 Deep into the Heart of Yoga Retreat. Step away from the noise of daily life and reconnect with your heart and soul during this nourishing yoga and meditation retreat.
Held in the quiet beauty of the North Georgia mountains, this retreat offers a supportive and welcoming environment for practitioners of all levels. We will take time to restore and replenish ourselves through movement and stillness. Enjoy daily yoga practices, guided and silent meditation, and meaningful connection with community, and time to simply rest and reflect.
Whether you are looking to deepen your yoga practice, relieve stress, or spend intentional time caring for yourself, this retreat is an opportunity to recharge, rejuvenate, and return home feeling renewed.
