Breathe Retreat: Return to Yourself
With Tori Tatum, LPC and Jessie Henry
August 21 - 24, 2025
A Retreat for Women Ready to Live Fully & Authentically
Are you tired of living a life that doesn’t feel like your own? Do you long to feel fully alive, deeply connected, and at home in your body and soul?
The Breathe Retreat is a sacred space for the woman ready for transformation—who feels the pull to step away from the noise of everyday life and reconnect with her truth, her essence, and her power.
Nestled in the serene beauty of Elohee in the North Georgia Mountains, this retreat invites you to exhale what no longer serves you and inhale the life that’s been waiting for you. Through soulful workshops, deep breathwork, expressive art, and embodied movement, you’ll uncover the layers of who you truly are—not who the world has told you to be.
Feel the earth beneath your feet on guided nature walks, and immerse yourself in the healing vibrations of breathwork, yoga, and sound baths. Embrace the power of sisterhood—where your journey is seen, honored, and celebrated. Let go of old patterns, shed expectations, and step fully into the woman you are meant to be.
This is more than a retreat. It’s a breath of new life. A homecoming to yourself. A chance to live fully, love deeply and embody your truth.
Are you ready to breathe it all in?

What our Past Guests have said:
“The Breathe Retreat by Counseling Reimagined was simply transformational. I had no clue how much it was needed or how much it would heal me. The location, the facilitators, the activities, the fellowship, the food were all excellent. I would absolutely recommend this as a 5-star investment in your own wellness. This retreat will do more for you than any vacation or spa treatment as every piece of your body and soul will be cared for! Well done CR and thank you Tori Tatum!!”
