A Retreat for Women Ready to Live Fully & Authentically

When was the last time you had space to simply notice what you need?

Away from the roles you hold, the people who need you, the expectations you carry, and the constant noise of everyday life, there is a quieter part of you that is still there.

Breathe is an invitation to reconnect with her.

Nestled in the North Georgia Mountains at Elohee, Breathe Women’s Retreat is a four-day experience created for women who are ready to slow down, get curious, reconnect with their bodies, and experience what can happen when they are given the space to simply be.

Throughout the weekend, we’ll explore what it means to listen to yourself differently. You’ll learn about your nervous system, notice the ways your body communicates with you, and experiment with practices that can help you move through emotion rather than disconnect from it.

And sometimes, that looks like stillness.

Sometimes it looks like breath, movement, humming, stretching, creating, crying, laughing, dancing, resting, or standing barefoot outside.

There is no one right way to heal.

Through experiential workshops, breathwork, restorative yoga, sound healing, creative expression, time in nature, ceremony, and meaningful conversation, you’ll have opportunities to explore what helps you feel connected, supported, and fully present in your own life.

But some of the most meaningful moments at Breathe happen between the workshops.

They happen sitting beside another woman who understands.

Walking through the woods without anywhere else you need to be.

Laughing over dinner.

Letting yourself receive support instead of always being the one giving it.

Being witnessed without needing to be fixed.

And remembering what it feels like to belong to yourself while also belonging in community.

Breathe isn’t about becoming a different version of yourself.

It’s about creating enough space to hear the version of you that’s already there.

For four days, you are invited to set down what you carry for everyone else and make room for your own body, emotions, curiosity, joy, grief, rest, connection, and aliveness.

Come exactly as you are.

There is nowhere you need to be except exactly where you are.

Are you ready to breathe it all in?

What our Past Guests have said:
“The Breathe Retreat by Counseling Reimagined was simply transformational. I had no clue how much it was needed or how much it would heal me. The location, the facilitators, the activities, the fellowship, the food were all excellent. I would absolutely recommend this as a 5-star investment in your own wellness. This retreat will do more for you than any vacation or spa treatment as every piece of your body and soul will be cared for! Well done CR and thank you Tori Tatum!!”
