Welcome to Anchor to Embodiment: A Pilates and Mindset Retreat for Women at the breathtaking Elohee Retreat Center, nestled in the heart of the North Georgia mountains. Surrounded by waterfalls, hiking trails, and the serene beauty of nature, this weekend offers the perfect space to reconnect with yourself. Expect nourishing, chef-prepared meals, daily Pilates and breath work practices, powerful workshops, and moments of stillness designed to help you build strength, clarity, and intention. Whether you’re craving movement, rest, or a spark of transformation, this experience invites you to pause, breathe, and thrive.

    • Introductions
    • Establishing group agreements, safety, and space-holding guidelines
    • Overview of the five elements (Earth, Water, Air, Fire, Ether) and their relationship to self and life
    • Elemental deck card draw & journaling
  • 5:30 pm – 6:00 pm Evening Movement Practice
    • Standing movement / posture / core connection
  • 6:00 pm – 7:00 pm Dinner
  • 7:00 pm – 8:00 pm Breath work + Meditation
    • Breath work practice to regulate the nervous system
    • Unified field of consciousness meditation
  • 8:00 pm – 9:00 pmFire Pit Ritual
    • Setting intentions and letting something go at fire pit and lighting them on fire

Saturday

  • 7:00 am – 8:00 am Functional Strength Pilates Flow
  • 8:00 am – 9:00 am Breakfast
  • 9:00 am – 10:00 am Workshop 1: Earth & Water Elements
    • Earth (Feminine): Alignment, stability, body wisdom, gratitude, connection to possessions and seasons
    • Water (Feminine): Emotional flow, surrender, fascia, compassion, inner child work
  • 11:00 am – 12:00 am Workshop 2: Inner Strength to Outer Strength
    • Conscious breath work: relaxation, core activation, emotional clearing
    • Meditation for healing
    • Journaling

    • Activating the body temple: Water immersion for grounding & renewal
  • 8:00 pm – 9:00 pm Fire Ceremony
    • Setting action-oriented intentions through movement and breath
