Sheri Strzelecki is a Certified Heart Centered Leadership & Life Coach and LMT. Sheri’s approach is an integrative one where she focuses on the health and wholeness of the individual. Her work embodies the mental, physical, and emotional well-being of the individual because she believes it is all connected and affects the way that we lead in our lives on a day to day basis.

Sheri holds a bachelor’s from Indiana University and graduated from the Atlanta School of Massage in 2018. It is here where she deepened into her love for holistic wellness & embodied practices. Sheri holds various certifications in holistic methodologies like reiki, meditation, and breathwork where she customizes each session to support the client in reaching optimal results along their wellness journey.

Sheri is a dedicated wife & mother to 3 active children which drives her passion for continued education & sharing the importance of self care through mind, body, soul wellness. When she isn’t serving others you can find her enjoying family, nature, traveling, and music.

She specializes in lymphatic, Swedish, NMT, myofacial release, deep tissue, pregnancy, sports and MLD massage.
