Rod Francis

ROD FRANCIS, is creator of the Emergent Coach Training program and a director of InterActualizer. Rod’s early interest in physical performance led him via an elite national academy in his home country of Australia onwards to an extensive international performing, teaching, directing and choreographic career. Following a period as an entrepreneur, Rod transitioned into coaching and then onwards to professional coach training program development both in Europe and the USA, training around 2000 industry professionals to date in his methods. His personal meditation practice commenced almost 40 years ago, he’s a qualified MBSR teacher, a dharma leader and a Certified Focusing Professional and Trainer. Rod’s deep interest in ancient and indigenous wisdom, his personal wilderness rites of passage experiences, love of storytelling and myth all inform the Empowerment Retreat program as they do the Emergent Coach Training model. Alongside his work within InterActualizer and a private coaching practice, Rod consults and coaches with individuals, organizations and leaders.
