Rebecca Galla-Jones

Yoga has been a part of my life for over two decades now. I wandered into my first yoga class in the summer of 2000, and there was just something about it that made me feel good, and that is still the case today, even after all these years. Being able to share the practice means everything.

After completing a 200-hour YTT certification in 2004, I began teaching straight away. Teaching and practicing have remained constant in my life ever since. Each year has allowed me to learn and give more, including training new teachers and teaching yoga to children. In 2020, I updated my teaching credentials and completed additional training to earn a 500-hour advanced certification, which also qualifies me as a facilitator for yoga continuing education credits.

We often hear that yoga practice is meant to meet us where we are, and I can certainly attest to that. The key is to simply show up, unroll your mat, and see what unfolds.

In my classes, you can expect an uplifting message woven into the overall format. I enjoy teaching students at all levels and feel comfortable guiding them through a rewarding and sustainable practice. Laughter plays a significant role in my teaching style, as I often use it to create a lighthearted and playful atmosphere.

Hosting retreats provides a fantastic opportunity to connect with others, share experiences, and explore the healing practices of yoga, meditation, and breathwork in depth.

Having an amazing retreat partner can significantly enhance the experience. Alongside two dear friends with decades of experience, we provide you with the tools to navigate life’s challenges.

I’m excited to share this journey with you, because you truly belong here!
