Nickie Graves—also known as Medical Mystic and Medicine Woman—is the Founder
and CEO of NurseNickie360, a health and wellness practice dedicated to
compassionate, integrative, and transformative care.

With over 34 years of experience in healthcare, Nickie has held several strategic and
leadership roles across the medical field. Today, she brings that depth of clinical
knowledge into her work as a death doula, women’s health and menopause guide,
holistic transformation coach, educator, and spiritual health practitioner. Nickie’s
approach to healing is rooted in the understanding that science and spirituality are not
separate, but complementary forces in human wellness. Her work bridges evidence-
based healthcare with intuitive and spiritual practices, creating a deeply supportive and
multidimensional healing experience.

At the core of her philosophy is a four-body approach to wellness, recognizing that the
mind, body, emotions, and spirit are interconnected. She believes that true healing and
optimal health occur when all aspects of a person are acknowledged and nurtured
together.

Through her work, Nickie supports individuals navigating life transitions, personal
transformation, and end-of-life journeys. She offers guidance through practices such as
meditation, breathwork, intuitive insight, energy work, and plant medicine, while also
serving as a retreat host, workshop facilitator, and holistic health educator. Her mission
