Liana N. Fiallos
Liana is the Retreat Coordinator and Webpage Manager for Elohee. Her commitment to yoga and meditation began in 2012 when she experienced a profound sense of gratitude for a newfound connection between breath and body. Navigating the challenges of a disability linked to stress, Liana embraced yoga and meditation as a sanctuary of peace and relief, and she has since become a passionate advocate for healing in a gentle and compassionate way.
Her dedication to this path led her to complete a 200-hour certification at Peachtree Yoga Center’s 43rd teacher training, sparking a consistent meditation practice that has been central to her life since 2016. An experienced yogi and yoga teacher, Liana regularly attends meditation and silent retreats to deepen her own practice and remain grounded and connected as a facilitator.
Liana finds immense joy in guiding others and teaching the transformative lessons that yoga and meditation offer. Her sessions invite participants to connect deeply with themselves, observe shifts within their bodies and minds, and embrace the invaluable gift of inner peace.
In addition to her foundational certification, she holds advanced certifications in Prenatal Yoga, Yoga Nidra, Restorative Yoga, and Reiki Energy Healing, bringing a broad spectrum of knowledge to her work with students.
