Leanne Allen

I’m passionate about sharing yoga, mindfulness, and self-compassion practices because they have been essential in my own healing.
After experiencing multiple losses and traumas in childhood—and without supportive places to turn—I carried unresolved grief well into adulthood. For many years, I felt confused, overwhelmed, and ashamed, because I didn’t understand the complexities and the impact of my grief or traumas.
In my late 40s, yoga became a safe space where I could begin to trust, to accept and reconnect with my whole self, my body, mind, heart, and spirit, with gentleness. My work is grounded in a trauma-sensitive, non-prescriptive approach, using invitational language that honors each person’s pace, agency, and inner wisdom.
Over the years, I’ve been inspired to continue deepening my understanding through extensive training in yoga, mindfulness, grief education, holistic coaching, and trauma-sensitive movement. I am a Certified Grief Educator, Certified Grief Movement Guide, and a Mindfulness and Meditation Teacher. I’m also an E-RYT200 and RYT500 Yoga Teacher, and a Certified Holistic Coach through an ICF-accredited program, with over a decade of teaching experience and thousands of hours of study and practice.
These practices have transformed my life, and I’m honored to guide others who are seeking refuge, healing, and connection.
If you’re navigating grief, I welcome you to join me and explore what becomes possible when we move through it together.

Thank you ~
