Jason Lyle
Jason’s work has been helping people for most of his adult life. After going into Christian ministry in 2004, Jason started seminary and, more importantly, a search for his relationship with a Higher Power. After leaving professional ministry in 2017, Jason sought healing for his abandonment issues from being adopted. Jason found yoga and nervous system regulation practices through a series of events. Through meditation, deep breathing, cold water exposure, and a commitment to self-reflection, Jason feels he has finally found a path that has helped him more than any other; his passion is to share that path with others.
