Holly Johnson

Holly Johnson is a psychotherapist specializing in deep healing work through the Internal
Family Systems model. With more than 23 years of clinical experience and Level 2 IFS training,
she brings a highly intuitive and integrative approach that supports clients in transforming long
standing patterns into a more grounded, connected, and thriving life.
Holly has spent over a decade studying and practicing deep nature connection through the
Eight Shields model, including training with Jon Young, and regularly leads groups in practices
that help people attune to the land and remember their innate belonging. She is also a
dedicated student of Maestro Puma Fredy Quispe Singona, learning from the Andean lineage
and its teachings on energy, reciprocity, and embodied connection to the living world and
cosmos.
At the heart of Holly!s work is a devotion to walking with the full spectrum of human
experience, inviting both the light and the shadow as wise teachers. Her passion lies in guiding
others back to their own inner aliveness, helping them reconnect with the medicine already
within and with the earth that has always held them.
