Dr. Heather Koth

Dr. Heather Koth is a licensed therapist and assistant professor with a deep passion for supporting women on their journeys toward empowerment, healing, and embodied well-being. She is a certified yoga instructor and mindfulness practitioner who integrates evidence-based mental health practices with somatic and mind–body approaches to foster lasting transformation.
With extensive experience leading groups and retreats, Heather creates safe, supportive spaces where women can reconnect with themselves, cultivate self-awareness, and heal through the wisdom of the body. Her work is grounded in somatic healing, mindfulness, and compassionate presence, helping participants move through stress, trauma, and life transitions with greater clarity and resilience.
Heather’s approach weaves together mind, body, and spirit, honoring each woman’s unique lived experience while encouraging authentic connection and collective growth. Through her retreats, she brings women together in community to deepen self-trust, reclaim inner strength, and gently step more fully into empowered, embodied living.
