
Christina Rodriguez
Christina Rodriguez is an experienced yoga and meditation teacher known for creating
intimate, heart-centered retreats that weave education, practice, and self-inquiry. Her
offerings invite participants to slow down, reconnect, and explore the depth of yoga as
both a path of awareness and a way of life.
Teaching since 2018, Christina is a seasoned retreat leader who integrates trauma-
informed principles, Buddhist mindfulness, and classical yoga philosophy to support
students in cultivating presence, compassion, and belonging. Each of her retreats is
intentionally designed for small groups, allowing for meaningful connection,
individualized attention, and space for reflection.
A 500-hour experienced registered yoga teacher (E-RYT) and Yoga Alliance Continuing
Education Provider, Christina’s advanced training includes meditation, trauma-sensitive
yoga, body-positive yoga, and embodied activism. Her professional background in
public health and anti-racism deeply informs how she teaches and holds space—with
care, integrity, and a commitment to collective wellbeing.
Christina’s meditation practice is rooted in the Kagyu School of Tibetan Buddhism, and
her yoga lineage draws from Sri Vidya Tantra Yoga, the Himalayan tradition, and Kripalu
Yoga. She is also the co-founder of Inner Light Community Center in Kennesaw, GA, a
community space that supports facilitators in offering creative and restorative
gatherings.
