Catalina is a Master Teacher rooted in the Sattva Himalayan Yoga & Meditation tradition, with certifications in Hatha Yoga (200HR), E-RYT 500, Restorative, Yin, Aerial Yoga, Sound Healing, and Reiki. Beyond the titles and trainings she is a devoted teacher, space holder, and ocean-loving soul, originally from Colombia.
