Adriana is a registered yoga teacher, sound, and meditation practitioner with 20+ years of experience. She founded Awakening Goddess to share yoga’s power and co-founded AHYF Studio, a Latina-led movement inspired by her roots to make yoga accessible for all. Adriana is a certified yoga teacher (RYT-200). With over 20 years of personal practice, attending numerous workshops and retreats worldwide, she has cultivated a profound connection to yoga’s mental, spiritual, and physical dimensions. Initially drawn to yoga to alleviate back pain, Adriana soon embraced its holistic essence, delving deep into meditation, pranayama, and yoga philosophy.

Driven by a passion for continual growth, Adriana embarked on a journey of exploration, immersing herself in diverse healing modalities. She expanded her expertise through courses in Ayurveda, sound, pranayama, meditation, and more. A few years ago, she founded Awakening Goddess, driven by her desire to share yoga’s transformative potential and guide others towards self-discovery and well-being. The name symbolizes the release of the tough, strong ego self through the awakening of our inner wisdom. Most recently, Adriana co-founded AHYF Studio, the first Spanish-speaking yoga studio dedicated to supporting the wellness of the Hispanic community. Rooted in her belief that yoga is a practice for everyone, this movement was inspired by the Latina-led AHYF team and Adriana’s desire to honor her roots while creating a space where culture, language, and mindfulness come together in community and healing.

You can find Adriana teaching at LIFT Yoga, the AHYF Studio in Roswell or conducting workshops and retreats in different places, including her home studio in Alpharetta, GA. Her classes, workshops, and retreats offer something for everyone, regardless of where they are in their practice.
