White Flag Recovery Retreats are like nectar to the soul. ✨

We MUST take time out of our regular daily life to gain space and perspective. To be re-energized and re-invigorated, reminded and re-aligned with our true nature so that we can re-enter our lives with a freshness that is so badly needed in our world today just to keep up keeping up.

The WHY

White Flag believes that we are all touched by addiction either personally or by someone we know. These retreats embrace the foundations of the 12 steps combined with the ancient wisdom and philosophy of yoga to deepen our awareness. We immerse ourselves in practices that serve in uncovering, discovering, and discarding what is not in alignment with our highest good.

{You do not have to be in a 12 step program to attend.}

The WHERE

The Elohee Retreat Center rests on 220 acres of private land situated in the North Georgia Blue Ridge mountains near the village of Sautee Nacoochee. This land was originally held by the Cherokee tribes.

Accommodations

We will be staying in the Bald Mountain Cottages.

Minimalistic and tasteful each cottage is equipped with air conditioning, heat, ceiling fans, and adjustable shades. Elohee’s founders crafted the headboards themselves, while close family created the artwork. Crisp, white comforters lay atop the beds for a cloud like feel as thoughtful, minimalistic, decorative touches warm the space. Bamboo flooring completes the feel of this modern retreat space.

The Land

Elohee has over two miles of trails that traverse different ecosystems. Waterfall and reflection pool. Also on site is a gift shop and tea house, Forest Studio and The Mandala Center with dining hall.

✨In these few days we create a container of intimacy and shedding of layers. WE get to re charge, re-new and re affirm our daily practice and also reaffirm our bearings to stay on, or get back on course. It is always about coming back to the midline, to the mat, to the midline. White Flag Retreats help us to stay true to the path and the practice. To get away from all of the noise, clutter, and confusion and come hOMe….✨
