Who: Therapists who need to step away from the clinical space and intentionally care for themselves.
What: A Therapist Only – Exclusive Retreat sponsored by DownStreamFirst LLC – where retreat participants can experience connections with mind, body and spirit through group and individual experiences in activities like yoga, reflective hiking, creative collaboration within the arts, community, meditation, fireside community, and compassion illumination. The full schedule will include a care focus on secondary trauma as mental health providers.
When: September 1-3 2022
Why: Self-Care tends to run passive and secondary trauma is real. It is TIME to TREAT OURSELVES to some much-needed ‘ME TIME’.
Where: North Georgia Mountains – Hosted by the lovely Elohee Retreat Center on Bald Mountain
