SPARK – A Regenerative Retreat for Leaders of Impact
With Kindred Lane
May 5 - 7, 2020
Spark your next level of healthy growth as a leader of impact.
Your personal growth is a business imperative.
As John Replogle, former CEO of Seventh Generation once shared with me, “you can’t have a growth company if your people aren’t growing.”
Are you ready to invest in your next level of healthy growth for your organization and yourself?
We are living in unprecedented times for business and humanity. We are facing global challenges like never before. Our businesses are being asked to step up and solve critical, systemic issues facing society and our planet. The growing expectations of companies to solve for purpose and impact requires a new kind of leader. Not a push-harder, go-faster leader. But a slow-down, take-a-breath, integrate mind, body, and spirit before moving forward kind of leader. A regenerative, systems leader who aligns the needs of the business with the needs of our communities, society, environment, and future generations. A regenerative leader who is deeply driven by an enduring and life-fulfilling sense of purpose. Larry Fink, CEO of BlackRock is calling for a ‘Fundamental reshaping of finance” stating that “every government, company, and shareholder must confront climate change.” In order to fundamentally reshape finance, our organizations will undergo fundamental shifts. Our organizations will only be prepared to make this shift if we fundamentally shift our approach to leadership.
