Meal Type *	Your meal type selection is what our chef uses to prepare meals and defines how you will be eating on your retreat. We ask that you honor your meal type selection while you are on retreat so there is enough for everyone.
Diet Notes	List any food allergies (please be specific) and special diet information (for example gluten free, lactose free). We offer nutritious, veggie forward meals and do our best to accommodate dietary needs. If you have a very restricted diet you may want to bring your own food to supplement our meals. There is a guest refrigerator and microwave available in the Dining Hall.

2023 Elohee Registration & Cancellation Policy *	I understand and accept Elohee's Registration and Cancellation policy.Deposit A 40% deposit is due at registration. Each registration deposit includes a non-refundable $100 processing fee. Full payment is due 2 weeks prior to the start of the retreat. If your payment is not made in full 2 weeks prior, Elohee will charge your card on file for the remaining amount owed. Refunds are available (minus the $100 processing fee) up to 6 weeks prior to the start of the retreat. If you cancel between 6 weeks and 2 weeks prior to the retreat, Elohee will retain the entire 40% deposit. Elohee does not provide refunds or transfers if you cancel after 2 weeks prior to your retreat date. This policy extends to all reasons for cancellation, including COVID-19. If you are concerned about the financial risk, we recommend you purchase cancellation/trip insurance. In the event that any damage to the property, facilities, or facility contents occurs as a result of the participant’s willful actions, neglect, or recklessness, participant will be held liable for any and all costs associated with any actions of neglect or recklessness. In this instance, an itemized list of damages and repair costs will be assessed and your credit card charged. *Please note - transferring your registration to another retreat date is still considered and treated as a cancellation.
Alcohol and Intoxicant free Facility *	I understand that Elohee is an alcohol and intoxicant free facility.
Elohee's Liability Waiver *	I accept the conditions of Elohee's Liability Waiver.In exchange for participation in a retreat at Elohee Center, Inc. (Elohee) and for use of the property and facilities of Elohee and/Landsong Properties, Inc. (Landsong), I agree to the following: I agree to observe and obey all posted rules and warnings, and to follow any instructions given by the course leader(s) and the Elohee agent(s)and representatives, including but not limited to the following: Bring your cell phone with you when you hike the property. Take with you the emergency phone number given to you by the Elohee representative and call if you have any problems. Stay on the paths. They can be uneven and natural, so walk carefully. Stay off the waterfall. Be extra careful around the fire pit and pond areas. No swimming in the pond. I recognize that there are certain inherent risks associated with the above-described activity and I assume full responsibility for personal injury and further release and discharge Elohee and Landsong for injury, loss or damage arising out of my use of or presence upon the land and facilities of Elohee and/or Landsong, whether caused by the fault of myself, Elohee, Landsong or other third parties. I agree to indemnify and defend Landsong against all claims, causes of action, damages, judgments, costs or expenses, including attorney fees and other litigation costs, which may in any way arise from my use of or presence upon the land and facilities of Elohee and/or Landsong. Any legal or equitable claim that may arise from participation in the above shall be resolved under Georgia law. I HAVE READ THIS DOCUMENT AND UNDERSTAND IT.
